Honestly, couldn’t be happier with Simple Medical Supply over in Vista, CA. Needed to sort out some medical equipment for my dad after surgery, so I did a quick online search, and they popped up for medical equipment rentals. From the get-go, they were top-notch! The folks there were super helpful, friendly, and professional all around.
We decided on the wheelchair rental, and the process was hassle-free. Everything was explained nice and clear, with no unnecessary jargon. The staff seemed like they really cared about what we needed and didn’t push anything extra on us. The whole vibe was chill but reassuring, like they know their stuff inside and out.
What blew me away was how fast they got everything set and delivered. It totally reduced our stress levels. The equipment was in perfect condition, clean and seemed brand new. It was a perfect fit for my dad's needs, and seriously, seeing how comfortable he is now - it’s a weight off our shoulders.
